Thom Collins, executive director and president of the Barnes, and Jane Golden, founder and executive director of MuralArts of Philadelphia, have selected Leroy Johnson as their Directors’ Highlight. They made their selection from among the top 20 artists, choosing someone they jointly felt deserved a spotlight. Like the four selected artists, Johnson will also receive a three-month residency, along with $3,000.
