At the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting on April 18th, the ZBA rejected plans previously approved by the Frankford NAC and sent the developer, Vaughn Buckley Construction, back to the drawing board. The application must now be resubmitted and go through another hearing at the ZBA. This will set the project back by months.
