    There were nine robberies that resulted in two arrests. Travis Hettinger, 36, was arrested after two robberies on the street of 2200 Cottman Ave. (April 9) and 2300 Cottman Ave. (April 10). Rodney Carroll, 43, was arrested April 5 after robbing a restaurant at 5600 Rising Sun Ave.

All locations listed by block, not by exact address. There were seven robberies, most of which targeted victims in the street. These occurred at 5500 Miriam Road (March 21), 1600 Longshore Ave.

Getting dresses doesn’t seem to be the challenge but we need youth to come to this Prom Gear Exchange on Saturday, April 21 at George Washington High School from 10am -2pm! The only criteria is that you’re a junior or senior in high school; everything that’s being provided is FREE!
