Join us at the Richmond Library next Saturday, 4/28 at noon for a FREE session focusing on healthy and affordable cooking for families, presented by the Free Library's Culinary Literacy Center with guest Fran Alloway! Fran Alloway is a registered dietitian who enjoys working with all ages, from Moms-to-be, our adorable babies taking their first bites to making sure that seniors are eating what they need to stay healthy. She has written curriculum for Penn State Extension, appeared on local cable stations discussing topics from feeding fussy eaters to diabetes diets and presently is a nutrition consultant with Maternity Care Coalition and the Early Head Start program.
