Philly ZBA Puts Speed Bump on 5127 Duffield

At the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting on April 18th, the ZBA rejected plans previously approved by the Frankford NAC and sent the developer, Vaughn Buckley Construction, back to the drawing board.  The application must now be resubmitted and go through another hearing at the ZBA.  This will set the project back by months.

The Mayfair Business Improvement District is sponsoring an NFL Draft party on Thursday, April 26, from 6 to 11 p.m. at the intersections of Frankford, Cottman and Ryan avenues. The 3500 block of Ryan Ave. will be closed to traffic. A giant screen facing Ryan Avenue will show NFL Network coverage of the first night of the draft.
