In this weeks edition of Wellness Wednesday we take you through a thruster, also known as a squat press. Make sure you use the momentum from your squat to help propel the dumbbells overhead, and try to catch them softly on your way back down. The Wissahickon Gateway Plan is a 12-month study to coordinate immediate and long-term improvements in the area.
