I can afford to pay ten to twenty dollars each time.
My phone number is 267-992-6957.

Good Wednesday Evening! Cold, cold and more cold. Added wind makes it feel much colder. Here is more on the wind chill.
Brrr....As we have mentioned, it will be COLD over the next week. In fact, a few record lows and record cold maximums are in jeopardy (highlighted in yellow). Even on days when we aren't getting close to records, we expect much of the region to stay at or below freezing for the entire week. If you are going out this week, dress in many warm layers. Remember to bring pets inside and check on your neighbors. For more safety tips visit http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/cold/ For the latest forecast for your location visit www.weather.gov/phi
Tacony Library is closed on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 due to a Building Emergency.
The cold is here to stay through the foreseeable future. Temperatures made it to above freezing today in SE PA, S NJ, NE MD and DE, but it will likely be the last time we see above freezing temperatures across most of the region through at least the next 7 days.

Happy Holidays to all of our NWS FB friends and visitors-travelers through NJ, DE, e PA, e MD. Continuous at or below freezing temperatures are expected every day over virtually all of our forecast area for the 7-10 days! At least two doses of bitter cold are likely during the next week, and possibly a more widespread accumulative snow than what occurred early this Christmas morning. We're attaching two graphics: One is for safety tips that we think will apply Wednesday the 27th-Friday the 29th and maybe more so, New Years Eve through January 2. Make sure your heating systems are working properly and are adequately fueled. No short cuts. Safety first! The second graphic, as when we posted last week for today's ne PA-nw NJ snow event, an experimental but we think useful product that offers realistic ensemble based advance confidence on a possible snowfall of greater than 2 inches. There is plenty of uncertainty but you can already see that potential coverage is greater and probabilities are a bit higher throughout our area. So while we're not yet saying a small but plowable snow will occur, it may be worthwhile following future forecasts, at least if you have plans in our area late next week.
