Modglin has been at Dirty Frank’s, the long-running dive bar at 13th and Pine streets, for 25 years. She was stuck on Lincoln Drive early morning on February 9...

At Monk’s (264 S. 16th Street), from Tom Peters and Fergus Carey, Pliny the Younger will start flowing at 5 p.m. on March 19. A 10-ounce glass will go for $15, cash only, and that entire $15 will go to Modglin’s recovery fund.

Carey’s Fergie’s Pub (1214 Sansom Street) will tap its own keg at 7 p.m., with the proceeds also going to the fund.
