Hate to say this, but it happens everywhere you go. Just the other day, my husband and I were on the blvd. heading home, when some guy threw his trash right on the sidewalk while running to catch a bus. Our light changed and I yelled at him about his litter. So ALL of PHILADELPHIA needs to CLEAN UP after themselves and STOP throwing trash on the ground. Hold your trash until you get home or pass a trash can. I do that all the time and taught my girls not to throw trash on the ground.
