The Mobile Teaching Kitchen will arrive on-site with tables, cooking equipment, speakers and more to create a hands-on cooking demonstration. The Mobile Teaching Kitchen teaches people how to consume more fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains, fewer processed, high-sugar junk food items, how to have the confidence to cook at home, and connects them to the resources that provide access to real, fresh food. The Mobile Teaching Kitchen will be at EPCC on: Tuesday, October 24th: 4:00p – 6:00p Wednesday, November 15th: 4:00p – 6:00p Monday, December 11th: 4:00p – 6:00p Wednesday, January 24th: 4:00p – 6:00p Along with the Mobile Teaching Kitchen, Share Food Program’s Mobile Farm Stand will be onsite.
