10:05 a.m.: Todd Washington, 28, of the 5700 block of Wheeler Street in Southwest Philadelphia, was found shot in the head on the 800 block of North 42nd Street in Belmont. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

11:15 p.m.: A 28-year-old man was shot in the face on the 4200 block of Lancaster Avenue in Powelton. He was taken to Penn-Presbyterian, where he was in stable condition.

3:40 a.m. A 43-year-old man was shot in a leg in West Philadelphia. He said he had just parked his car on the 5800 block of Pine Street and was walking home when three men announced a stickup. He was in stable condition at Penn-Presbyterian.
