Three tasting menu options will be offered at Michael Solomonov’s Abe Fisher (1623 Sansom Street), with latkes, Shabbos Chicken with potato and swiss chard kugel, dry-aged ribeye, and those famous Montreal-style smoked short ribs. $55-$75

The December 31 tasting menu at Aldine (1901 Chestnut Street) includes four or five courses, depending on the seating. Look for uni custard, poached trout, and grilled beef with lobster salad. $65 or $85

The decadent eats at Barclay Prime (237 S. 18th Street) on Rittenhouse Square always have a festive feel. On New Year’s Eve, finish off lobster and wagyu ribeye with a free Champagne toast.
