Streets Department 2017 Philly Leaf Recycling Program Bagged Leaf Drop –Off Locations Bagged leaf drop-off will be offered city-wide on Saturdays (with the exception of November 11th and 25th) at 23 designated locations from 9 AM to 3 PM for the duration of the program. Got Leaves? Leaf Recycling Season started on...

Got Leaves? Leaf Recycling Season started on November 6th and will continue until December 16th. On Saturdays ONLY between 9 AM and 3 PM, Northeast Philly residents can take leaves bagged in brown paper biodegradable bags to Russo Park (7231 Torresdale Avenue), Mayfair Recreation Center (2901 Princeton Avenue) or Fox Chase Recreation Center (7901 Ridgeway St.). The Streets Department is also sending crews out to collect leaves from high accumulation areas. To find out if they'll be on your block, visit: philadelphiastreets.com/leaves
