This week for wellness Wednesday we show you the Bulgarian split squat (also known as the rear foot elevated split squat) This is a great movement to build up your leg strength without overloading the spine. Remember to keep your chest up, and stay under control throughout the entire movement. Challenge yourself and try doing 1 minute per leg three times!
