Hi. My name is Kenya Nation-Holmes. Many if you know me as the co-president of FOM, or Jkae & Zach's mom. Today I'm just someone who is very concerned that these wonderful students won't be able to have the send off they deserve. Some of these students have been here for 9yrs(that includes pre-k). Let's give them one more Mifflin memory, before high school. gofundme.com/thomas-mifflin039s-8th-grade-trip.

Arboretum Cleanup Day at Mifflin School Saturday, April 7, 2018 10 AM to 2 PM Mifflin School Grounds Midvale Avenue, opposite RiteAid The Arboretum is the wooded area of the school grounds along Midvale Avenue. It was created by the WPA during the 1930s, with trees, boulders and paths. For the past 10 years, East Falls Community Council has worked to restore it, removing truckloads of dead branches, invasive plants, and debris. Join us on April 7 as Friends of Mifflin School (an initiative of EFCC) continues this project. We'll provide gloves and tools. The city will send a truck to haul away everything and Brown's ShopRite of Fox Street will donate lunch. Families are welcome!
