Society Hill mansion that Jackie O’s ancestor once owned on sale for $2.85M

One of those places—the 5,900-square-foot 262 South Third Street—went on sale in November, and is now asking $1.65 million after a pair of price-chops.

Now 260 South Third Street is on the market for $2.85 million. It’s a bigger affair: 7,244 square feet with the potential for six bedrooms, and flourishes such as a sauna on the lowest level and a living room-slash-dining room with nearly 13-foot ceilings.

Please join Juntos & Galaei Phillyi Monday morning at 11:30 for a press conference/rally to demand that ICE #FreeIvan and allows him to be reunited with his husband. On January 31, Jose “Ivan” Nuñez was attending his marriage interview at USCIS with his husband Paul fully expecting to be in and out of the office. Paul and Ivan are in love and have been married since April 9th, 2016. What should have been a dream come true ended in a nightmare. In the middle of his interview ICE agents stormed into the interview and handcuffed him without warning. We believe that love has no borders and ask you to join us in demanding that ICE free Ivan from detention so he may be reunited with his husband. If Ivan was to be deported back to Mexico, Ivan’s life would be in jeopardy due to his sexuality. His sister, who is also queer, is currently in hiding with her partner back home and close friends of the family have been severely assaulted for their sexual orientation. As of January 13th, USCIS has deemed Ivan and Paul’s marriage petition valid and Ivan has passed his Reasonable Fear interview, meaning there is no reason why he should still be in detention.
