To those neighbors affected by the D Lounge (3217 Willits Road), a Cease Operations Order from the Department of Licenses and Inspection remains in effect. This means that the business is not permitted to operate at all. In addition, Directive 38 is also still in effect. This directive allows the police to enforce L&I's Cease Operations Order. If anyone sees this business operating at any time, please call 911 immediately, based on our instructions from our partners at the Philadelphia Police 8th District. Attn Holme Circle neighbors: keep your eyes open for activity at 3217 Willits Rd units C and D this weekend, which is where D Lounge is operating. After completing appropriate due diligence, the Department of Licenses and Inspections issued a cease operations order for these units. If you see anyone operating in these spaces, please call 911 and tell the 911 operator that the police need to “enforce the law under directive 38 at 3217 Willits Rd Units C/D”.
