Celebrate Trees at the 23rd Annual East Falls Tree Tenders Arbor Day Celebration at Inn Yard Park Join local school students Friday, May 11th, at 10 am at Inn Yard Park to celebrate trees and spring. Future tree tenders from Thomas Mifflin, William Penn Charter, and Wissahickon Charter schools through poems and songs will celebrate trees, ie handsome air purifiers. Following a range of activities from wet sponge relays to learning about our carbon footprint, they will picnic in this bucolic jewel.
