    As reported by Northeast Detectives. Does not include homicides, sexual assaults, narcotics offenses or other specific crimes investigated by special police units. All locations listed by block, not by exact address. There were seven robberies, most of which targeted victims in the street. These occurred at 5500 Miriam Road (March 21), 1600 Longshore Ave.

Last week's article in the Northeast Times generated a lot of community response- it’s raining dresses in my office today! Look at this beauty! Getting dresses doesn’t seem to be the challenge but we need youth to come to this Prom Gear Exchange on Saturday, April 21 at George Washington High School from 10am -2pm! The only criteria is that you’re a junior or senior in high school; everything that’s being provided is FREE! We will have prizes, a DJ, refreshments and resource table full of information; Last but not least each teen will be paired with a staff or volunteer to help them shop for their dream prom outfit and accessories Please share within your networks; all interested parties can contact me to register or for more info (215) 221.2010 or gismith@chs-adphila.org...registration is preferred...thanks in advance
