LEAVE A NOTE: With a lot of packages being stolen in the South Philadelphia area. If you see a package on a person's step and you know the person knock on their door and if they do not answer take it in for them ( if you wish) If possible even leave a note or if you have their number call them and let them know that you have their package and you did not want to have it stolen.

CommUNITY Alerts Of South Phila. added 2 new ...

There's something I want to bring up... folks we need to stay more aware of our surroundings at all times. If you are driving you need to stay off the phone it is the law!! I'm not saying this is what caused this to happen but at the same time it could be a great Factor in the death of this young man. Always look both ways before crossing the street. Take a double look if needed. You need to be the eyes for other people and this is very unfortunate. The people that want to talk on the phone and text on the phone while operating a motor vehicle are the ones we need to watch. Let's start looking for one another. I'm very upset that this has happened in our neighborhood. once again to the family hopefully you do not take this as an insult. I do want to say I'm really sorry for your loss Anthony Boris- Founder-CAOSP Community Liaison 3rd Police District Advisory Council #CAOSP #Unity
