We're doing a lot to make the 52nd Stree Business Corridor a more sustainable, appealing environment for our community: new planter boxes, Big Belly wraps from Mural Arts Philadelphia, and people-powered cleanups. If you're interested in being a part of the conversation as we talk about the future of the corridor, consider attending our 52nd St. Stakeholder Meeting tonight from 6-7 PM at the Urban Art Gallery on 262 S. 52nd St.!

Neighbors: THIS IS ILLEGAL. Actually several aspects of this story indicate illegality. If you are a renter your landlord MUST have and be able to show you a rental license. If they don't have one, you do not have to pay rent AND they may owe you back rent. Furthermore, evictions must go through a legal process, landlords can not force evictions without doing so. Contact us if you have questions. We're not experts but we can help get answers if you need them.
