    Police say a man is in the hospital after being shot in the chest in West Philadelphia. It happened before 11:30 p.m. Friday in the 5300 block of Parrish Street. The victim, a man in his 40s, was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Police say they found four shell casings at the scene.

"They find a 26-year-old black male, he's got two gunshot wounds to his back," said Philadelphia Police Lt. John Walker. Police say that man was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition.
