In this week's crime log: Pottruck theft and Wynn Commons vandalism

Jan. 28: A theft was reported at 3100 Chestnut St., with total losses exceeding $200.

Jan. 26: Someone reported a theft of more than $200 worth in losses at Honeygrow at 3731 Walnut St. 

Jan. 28: The Wawa at 3744 Spruce St. reported a theft which totaled in a loss between $50 and $200.

Jan. 30: Between $50 and $200 worth of money or items were stolen from Pottruck Fitness Center at 3701 Walnut St.

Jan. 30: A bike was reported stolen from 4047 Pine St.

The University subsequently removed the name "Wynn" from "Wynn Commons" after announcing to the Penn community it would take action action 1963 College graduate and former trustee Steve Wynn, who has recently been accused of engaging in a decade-long pattern of sexual misconduct. 

Jan. 31: A 26-year-old man was drunkenly arguing and shouting near the 4200 block of Chestnut St. Officers asked him to leave the area, but he refused. Police issued him a citation for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.  

Jan. 28: A 29-year-old woman was arrested for driving while under the influence at high speed near the 3800 block of Fairmount Ave.
