Why is it that the city wants us to recycle but if you go to get a recycle bin you are only allowed one? And you must show ID to even get that one! It doesn’t make sense to me. I haven’t seen any of the ones with a lid anywhere either. Id like to have that so that your recycled property isn’t blowing all over the streets.
