Showers are currently moving into the area from the west. Temperatures will remain warm enough for rain but some snow is likely to mix in for the Poconos and extreme northwest New Jersey. Rain and snow showers should move out of the area by mid afternoon. Winds will pick up as showers move through and will remain blustery through the evening with lows in the mid 30s throughout much of the region and near 30 for the Poconos and northern New Jersey.

Good morning! A chilly start to the day with temperatures generally in the 30s at this time. However temperatures will moderate to the mid 50s to low 60s by this afternoon under partly to mostly sunny skies. A system will bring some rain and showers tonight into Thursday, mainly north of the I-78, I-80 corridors, but the good news is that dry weather with sunshine is expected for this coming weekend into early next week.
