At the groundbreaking for the new Cristo Rey High School at 17th & Allegheny in Tioga. The private Catholic high school for low-income students uses a mixture of work-study and classroom learning to educate its students. Cristo Rey now stands on North Broad Street, but the new facility will be a great new home once construction is completed.
