    New Rail Park will open in June with original Reading Viaduct structure intact
    The Reading Viaduct's transformation into the Center City Rail Park will soon be complete, but the original structure won't be completely demolished, as was originally part of the plan. On Friday, the Center City District confirmed the new Rail Park will open in June and preserve the original historic structure of the elevated tracks built in the 1800s for commuter trains.

It has been an exciting week for us! Thank you for coming out for the book launch of Philadelphia Neighborhood Typefaces by designers Cliff Ross and Philippe Jean on Wednesday, April 18th. It was a wonderful evening! Cliff Ross and Philippe Jean have teamed up to create an innovative collection of Philadelphia neighborhood inspired fonts and fine art. Their made-in-Philadelphia book features witty typefaces that represent neighborhoods from Bella Vista to Swampoodle, paired with artwork inspired by the same neighborhoods. It also includes Philadelphia-inspired decal glyphs - a font composed of line art in place of letters. It is a wonderful book for $18.50.
