    After the strut down Broad, a couple progressive Mummers troupes (the Rabble Rousers and the Lobsters) are taking the party back to the neighborhood. A march through Kensington and down Frankford Avenue will culminate in a party outside Philadelphia Brewing Co. and the Lost Bar. Expect outdoor hot cider and cake, and more fun inside.
