    PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A 19-year-old man is fighting for his life in North Philadelphia. The shooter opened fire in the 2200 block of North 23rd Street, just before 11:30 p.m. Monday. Police say the teenager was struck six times, including once in the head. The victim remains in critical condition.

Rubye’s Kids’ holiday party used to take over Girard College and serve children from several Philadelphia School District buildings, but for the final bash, the organization came to Richard Wright, a K-5 school at 27th and Dauphin in Strawberry Mansion.
