Beginning next week, the new Board of Education will host “listening sessions” across the city. Students, parents, educators, and residents are invited to come talk about the future of our schools.
We encourage you to attend at least one session and share your views about the challenges and opportunities facing public education in Philadelphia.
Registration is suggested but not required. All are welcome. Childcare, homework help, and refreshments will be available at each event.
Members of the Board of Education will attend the sessions. Each event will begin with an opening presentation, followed by group discussions and a closing activity.
