What we'll do
Monthly Practice = Warm Up/Conditioning + Training/Drills + Open Grappling. $10 mat fee to help cover site rental and equipment. (First-timers may wrestle for free but are welcome to contribute.) Mat Room is in the basement Community Room (use either entrance on the right side of the building).
Set-up and time to change starting at 12:30, practice begins in earnest at 1pm. Bring clothes to wrestle in and water!
