Eager to bring people together in a world gone mad following the 2016 presidential election, a group of women mounted a production of Eve Enslers The Vagina Monologues in the Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia. The non-professional production raised nearly $2,000 for Planned Parenthood.

In the months following the production, the women (and a man) reconvened to conduct interviews and create a series of new monologues inspired by the original. These monologues, called V2: Creation Myth, explore what it is to be a woman in today's social and political climate and posit a new narrative for the future.

In the spirit of Ensler's V-Day Campaign to end violence against women and girls, proceeds from V2 will benefit Planned Parenthood and the Women's Community Revitalization Project.
