Help Find Lost Cat--Brown Bengal with Spots
Please let me know if you or any friend or neighbor picked up or brought inside my cat, a male brown bengal with black spots on sides, black and brown rings on tail, white under chin. Lost at 10th & Oak Lane, but may have ridden under car to Eye Institute so could be in Fern Rock, or even Melrose Park by now. Went Missing June 16, in the evening. Pictures on Craigslist.com/Philadlephia/Pets category for Tuesday June 29,2010 "Lost my cat Please find" (near end of list for that day). Help post notices in apartment buildings in community and call two neighbors. Look in your yard, bushes, garages, basements. Send me an email with any news, including any sightings.. LOST MY CAT June 16, 2010
Bengal Cat, whose name is RUDY, went missing evening of June 16, 2010. Last seen 10th and Oak Lane, Philadelphia. It ran under our parked car to get away from dog. It started to rain. After looking under car and not seeing cat, the car was then driven to Eye Institute on Godfrey Avenue. Very slim possibility cat took a ride down 10th to Chelten to 12th to Godfrey to 11th to Stewart to Parking lot of Eye Institute. Otherwise last seen in East Oak Lane, Philadelphia 19126. Cat is Bengal. It is golden brown with black leopard style spots on sides and alternating black and gold rings on tail, white under chin. Very talkative and friendly. Medium sized cat with about 6-7 inch tail. Has a MICROCHIP # 4A18294957 Cat born 9-12-2010, so it is almost 8 yrs old. Reward for safe return. Free Lecture on East Oak Lane Architecture: Bauhus Style
The last of three public lectures on East Oak Lane Archittecture will be given Sunday, March 28, 2010 at 4:30 pm in the Korean United Church of Philadelphia, PCa. Sponsored by the Friends of the Oak Lane Library. Noted Architect David S Traub will speak on Save Our Sites program to save historic sites, and on the Bauhus Style of homes found in East Oak Lane. Mr Traub once worked with Louis Kahn, and was also featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer last Sept 27, 2009. Free Reception after event. Free Parking in KUC Church's parking lot at 70th Ave and Old York Road. The Friends of the Oak Lane Library present a series of FREE LECTURES on East Oak Lane Architecture. The Lectures will be held in the Korean United Church of Philadelphia, PCA, at 12th Street and 1200 W. Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia, 19126-2116 at 4:30 pm on Sundays, March 7, March 14 and March 28, 2010. All lectures will be followed by a reception.
