Through the northwest alleyway (between Montrose/Christian and 22nd/23rd), individual(s) quietly removed back wooden gate. Then carefully moved chairs to climb up to window to either squeeze through or unlock back door while we were visibly in the house. Police tips: leave lights on, lock doors and windows.
