Toby & Todd (male cats) need to be picked up from RPHQ (1328 S 24th St) between 7:30-8am and dropped off at PSPCA (350 E Erie Ave) before 8:30am. They will then need to be picked up between 3:30-7:30pm and returned to RPHQ. This can be done any day this week, but the sooner the better.

Yesterday, Municipal Judge Teresa Carr Deni ordered Ruffin, 22, of Wharton Street near 24th in South Philadelphia, and his alleged accomplice, Douglas Woods, 22, of Ellsworth Street near 17th in Point Breeze, to stand trial for murder, three counts of attempted murder and related crimes.
