This is an excellent move by the Councilman and should help families and individuals who need affordable rental units. Good luck on raising the funds needed to build the Mamie Nichols Townhomes.

Missing Dog

Large white dog escaped(?) from 2744 More Street. This dog has been seen wandering out and about several times since Sunday and has almost got hit by cars several times at the corner of 28th & Moore. The occupants of the house do not speak English and the dog does not appear to understand English. It was last seen on the 2700 block of Pierce Street heading east at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, 2/10/16. The owner's door was closed and locked when I knocked to tell her the dog was out AGAIN. She appeared unconcerned. With the polar freeze coming I hope anyone who sees the dog would send me a message so I can help it.

  • LinLee UC resident

Please report this and any subsequent sightings to ACCT (Animal Control) 267 385 3800 x600 (or opt 1), and if you think this dog is being neglected contact SPCA 24 hr hotline 866 601 spca. How Far Did Adonis Run in Creed?

The house has a number, and the 25th Street Viaduct is in the background, so it was easy to figure out where Rocky lives: 2504 Federal Street, in the city's Grays Ferry section.

This article has 1 other Philadelphia location (Show)

They take B Street to Cambria, Cambria to Kensington Ave. and run under the El to Clearfield. Adonis then finishes his run as Rocky parks at the Front Street Gym, which is a real place. Despite its name, it's at 2076 East Clearfield Street.

How Far Did Adonis Run in 'Creed'?
It wasn't as far as Rocky Balboa ran in Rocky II, but Adonis Creed did put in some roadwork in the latest Rocky film. I wrote an article in 2013 titled, " How Far Did Rocky Go in His Training Run in 'Rocky II'?"
