Police have identified the man whose body was found two weeks ago on the sidewalk along the 5100 block of Webster Street. His name is Adon Everett. He was 55 and was from the 5200 block of Chancellor Street.

Violent weekend leaves police investigating 3 homicides

Blocks away, on the 5100 block of Webster Street, police were called early Sunday morning to reports of another possible homicide involving what passersby originally described as a man passed out on the highway.

Officers found her about 9:30 p.m. Saturday, face covered in blood and face down in a bedroom of a second-floor apartment on the 6100 block of Locust Street. Investigators have released few details so far about the cause of death.

And by Sunday afternoon, police had a fourth death on their hands. A Hispanic man in his 20s was found shot five times in the head, a leg, and a forearm on the 700 block of West Tioga Avenue in Franklinville.
