New in town

Hey all! We're looking to move to Gaskill St... Near 4th and Lombard. Tips about the area? It's considered Society Hill right?

Thanks!!
Liz

  • Have to add one more comment. Lombard was the end of Society Hill. Those lantern lights designated the area. Am an old timer.

  • The area is great, you're two blocks from either a chain grocery store (Superfresh) or a gourmet grocery store (Essene). Post office is a block away, CVS is two blocks away along with Wawa, good bus service to Center City. Washington Square/Independence Square is close by if you like sitting in parks. And of course Society Hill has beautiful streets and little pathways to vary your walk through the neighborhood.

Registration for our 2nd Annual NNA Wine (and Sangria!) Tour is open! Tickets are limited and tend to go quickly. We have arranged a fabulous line up of four homes that fall within NNA's boundaries which highlight some of our resident treasures. More intimate than our annual Beer Tour and a little more sophisticated, this event is one of our favorite ways to get to know people in the neighborhood.
