What gave the would-be bank robber cold feet? The FBI doesn't know, but is looking for him anyway. The agency said the man threatened a teller in the Sovereign Bank at 2701 S. 10th St., shortly after 9 a.m. yesterday, indicating he had a gun, then inexplicably ran off empty-handed.
