8-06.1.1 (C): Drain line needs repair: Drain line is in need of repair. Drain line of hand washing sink in the food prep area is leaking water on the floor. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
10-02.3: Equipment for cleaning, sanitizing improperly operated: Equipment used for cleaning/sanitizing is improperly operated. Observed food product container and bread stored in the compartments of three basin sink. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
