Sanatarian observed following products on display shelves dented heavily either along the seam or at the outer edges. Management was informed to discard any such products immediately. One 4 oz can of happy harvest mushroom product. At least five 24 oz, cans of kirk wood chicken and dumplings product. At least two 15 oz cans of bon italian beef ravioli product. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
