10-02.2 (A): Multi-use utensils not properly cleaned, sanitized: Multi-use utensils are not properly cleaned and sanitized ; the kitchen utensils observed stored in the compartment sink but the process of sanitization was not observed being done as required in the bakery , meat department and produce department. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
