Steel cups used as ice scoops and plastic continers holding cut lemon pieces stored in consumable ice at the bar ice bin. Provide splash gaurds as needed by the side of hand washing sinks in bar to protect ice from contamination. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
7-01 (L): Mouse infestation: Mouse infestation is present. Observed mouse droppings along the floor perimeters in the rear storage area. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
19-01.1: Food safety certified individual not present: Food establishment personnel food safety certified individual is not present. Estalishment has a servsafe certificate. A food safety certificate application was given. 12/04/2008: City application was returned because copy of servsafe was not providd with application. Owner informed that he is going to apply again. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
8-06.1.1 (C): Drain line needs repair: Drain line is in need of repair. Indirect drain under the three basin sink is leaking water to floor. Management instructed to initiate immediate corrective action.
