An Eastwick man was shot and killed Monday evening on 20th Street near Dickinson, in Point Breeze, police said. Derrick Carter, 46, of 82nd Street near Lindbergh Boulevard, was found on the sidewalk with multiple head and chest wounds at 5:03 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
