Man arrested in fatal weekend shooting

They found Kevin Twist, 34, from the 3100 block of Wellington Street, suffering from a gunshot wound to the neck. Medics pronounced him dead a few minutes later, according to police.

Stylles Rusling, 28, of the 3200 block of Princeton Avenue, was taken into custody at the scene. He was charged Monday with murder and related offenses.
