One Shot Coffee (seen above), located at 217 W. George St., has a menu full of unique drinks including a honey rose chai, lavender blueberry lattes and “gingerer” cayenne mochas. It also offers a wide range of snacks and baked goods.

“Our main thing is shaved ice and bubble tea,” said Daisy Long, manager of Rabbit Hole Café, located at 800 N. Second St. “We added coffee because so many people kept requesting it.”

Soy Café is located at 630 N. Second St. and doesn’t rely on any dairy for their coffee.

This shop only has one drink made with coffee but that does not mean there is no caffeine. The Random Tea Room and Curiosity Shop can be found at 713 N. Fourth St. and focuses on health, doing so through tea.

In 1976, Dr. Walls opened a private practice at the Greene Street Animal Clinic in the 5500 block of Greene St. and never retired. Animal owners flocked to his office and returned over the decades because they loved him and trusted him with their pets.

A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at Greene Street Friends School Meeting House, 45 W. School House Lane, Philadelphia. Burial is private.

City Offers Free Training On How To Administer Narcan

The training is being offered from 10 a.m. to noon at 801 Market Street, one Wednesday each month through the end of the year. Direct service providers who take the course will get a Narcan kit, others will get a standing prescription for the drug. The first session is this Wednesday, September 20.
