Bill 080742 amends the chapter of The Philadelphia Code pertaining to Commercial Entertainment Districts, to create a further zoning classification appropriate for downtown commercial development. Bill 080741 amends the Philadelphia Zoning Maps to create a Commercial Entertainment District in the area of Center City bounded by Tenth and Eleventh Streets, and Filbert and Market Streets.
